Hospitalist Position in Northeast Tennessee

Growing hospitalist practice in the Tri-Cities area of Northeast Tennessee has immediate and future openings. Practice with 10 physicians at multiple hospitals in Johnson City, Kingsport and Elizabethton.

Starting salary depends on experience, $135,000 to $155,000. Benefits include medical insurance, malpractice insurance, 4 weeks personal leave time, flexible schedules, bonus potential, profit sharing plan, 401K and more. Full and part-time openings are available.

Started in 1997 by Dr. Brian Donovan and another physician, Inpatient Medical Services, PC was the first hospitalist company in Johnson City, Tennessee. It has grown from 2 physicians to 10 with 3 Nurse Practitioners and an RN. Global Medical Services, Inc., IMS's billing and management company, was formed in 1998. Dr. Donovan is a former Air Force physician and would welcome a CV from a physician who has decided to separate from military service.

The Tri-Cities area of Johnson City, Kingsport and Bristol is a wonderful place to live. With a 4-season climate, university, medical school, restaurants and shopping, mountains, lakes and more; this is truly a very livable area.
